Great breakfast, dinner and bar. Great location. Helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. Location is great. We arrived at 9am and were immediately checked into a jr. suite that was extremely spacious. Great fitness center and lovely small pool. Charming old world ambience.

Did not like to have to use the steps to get to the first floor elevator. Had to use the steps again to access the bar in the lower basement floor. The breakfast is way too expensive ----- something like $35.00 for a buffett breakfast. The rooms were clean and the service very good. The location is excellent and the staff accomodating.

To be positive, the hotel gives the feeling of stepping back in time into how a 5 star hotel would have been in the 20's or 30's. The architecture of the exterior is timeless and it's perfect location should be the chemicals for a memorable stay. Unfortunately the rooms are small, cramped and out of date leaving mixed emotions especially for the price that I paid.

I knew the hotels since I have stayed 16 years ago when it was called Plaza Hotel. There have been improvements since it was adquired by Marriotts. The hotel have definetly been restored with excellent acomodations to meet the american standards. The restautants, services, kindness of the personal, the concierge orientations, etc. The Argentinians have definetly realize the impotance of giving the tourist an excellent treatment.

Very nice hotel in a great location for walking and enjoying the essence of Buenos Aires. Cheaper prices close but the service here is very good.

My only "negative" was the VERY noisey neighbors in the adjoining room --- loud talking, tv on till 4:00 AM, etc. This made for a very unrestful night for me. I complained to the hotel in the morning and the next night there was silence. I do not know if the were moved or, more probably, just checked out. I do not blame the hotel for the loudness next door.

Great Location but dated rooms and very disorganized check in check out process

If bad service and rude staff is your thing then this is the place to stay! If you are a group of three please whatever happens avoid this place like the plague - my brother had to sleep on the floor as they simply refused to put an extra bed in our room (they had prob run out of extra beds) - no other hotel had a problem with providing a roller bed, in fact I can highly recommend both of the Sheratons in BA which are less then a 5min walk from the Marriott. Every time I was at the front desk some one was shouting i.e it was not just us. who were having problem with the staff. Overall a stressful and unpleasent experience.

Nice Pool,Bar,Fitness room & sauna. Staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful, expecially if you don't speak Spanish well. We especially appreciated the fact that they moved us from a smoking room to a non-smoking room the second night.

Splendido edificio nel cuore della Plaza San Martin, vicino alla commerciale Calle Florida, servizio impeccabile, personale cortese, camera confortevole. Assolutamente da consigliare!
