WE ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT IN TRANSIT BUT WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE STAFF WERE PLEASANT. ONLY COMPLAINT , NO KETTLE IN ROOM OR TEA/COFFEE

before we went out for the evening we booked our pillows from the "pillow menu".The man at the front desk recommended that we go to the "old town",so we took his advice and he booked us a taxi,and we had an excellent evening.The problem is that when you try to get a taxi back to the hotel it is very hard to get one.I phoned the hotel and the man on reception said they dont send out taxis to their customers.(we hailed a taxi after 20 mins).Back at the hotel our pillows had not been brought to our bedroom,after asking why we were told the pillow room was locked.It was only after a couple of harsh words that our pillows promptly arrived.Definitely not 4 star service

This was at one time a big classy hotel (mid 1990's). Now, it has fallen into disrepair. Completely dark floors, lawn wasnt mowed, couldnt read the sign out front, using the parking garage was a nightmare. Internet was expensive. Front desk staff was not very friendly. With new management this could be an amazing place, but it needs some help. The rooms were still comfortable and clean.

We stayed for two nights to explore what Bergamo had to offer. Regarding location the Una Bergamo is a little out of town, and there weren't many Number 8 buses on a Sunday, so we ended up walking into Town, quite a treck from the Una, but it was worth it. The hotel rooms have weird but interesting decor and we ended up with a suite at no extra cost. The highlight however is the shower. Once you shut the door you can put on the radio and set the sauna to whatever temperature you want and relax. This three in one, shower, sauna and music booth is such good fun you come home wondering how you could fit one in your kids room and convert the cupboard under the stairs into a bedroom for the kids. If they could invent a two person one it would be perfect.

Stayed two night's at hotel,staff helpful,good breakfast,location fine, Hotel decor ,dark blue and not much light,felt like we were in a space ship,but a very clean one.

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had an amazing view from our hotel room! On the down side, the hotel isnt the closest to Bergamo town and to the lakes, although the bus service is very good, and cheap. Taxis are very expensive, but a tourist bus ticket is just 2.50 euros. My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay in this hotel.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel, but long way from centre. Taxis expensive, but bus stops outside hotel and runs frequently into town centre. Can also catch bus from train station to airport.

lovely hotel, but if u dont hire a car its about 15 min bus ride to town. other than that for the price it was worth every penny

Our first visit to Italy. We were a party of two Scottish couples and cannot recommend highly enough this tasteful, modern Hotel with friendly, efficient staff and very spacious, well equipped and stylish rooms (especially if you get an upgrade). Try and get a mountain view! It is a bit out of centre of town, but a three-day travel pass is only five euros and the bus takes only ten mins. The old town up on the hill (Citti Alta) is a must, especially at night. We spoke no Italian, but everyone seemed all to happy to practice their English. We were there in November which was sunny and quite warm (by Scottish standards) during the day, but cold at night - be warned. By train, Verona is worth a visit (ninety mins), and there is a Sunday only express train to Venice (two and a half hrs). Unless your into expensive shopping or Nightclubbing, forget Milan (one hour by train), spend your time in Citti Alta! We will be back!

Excellent hotel, but further out from downtown than expected. Best as a destination or business related hotel. Not convenient for transfer to any Milan airports.

We loved the hotel - we were told they were about to undergo a makeover to include a pool. Breakfasts were great and we didn't have a bad meal in the dining room!

Cet hôtel est attenant à un palais des congrès fermé dans la banlieue de bergamo. L'axcès reste problèmatique en bus et la navette gratuite de l'hôtel n'est pas aux heures des touristes, bref un séjour agréable à Bergamo dans un hôtel excentré de trois étoiles à mon avis: petit-déjeuner très moyen, salle de bain extrèmement bruyante.....

Plasseringen minnet om Alnabru, men hotellet var bra. Typisk konferansehotell. Rent og pent og god frokost.

Flotte værelser, god morgenmad og en reception der virkede lidt arrogante på den ufede måde. Det øvrige personale var meget servicemindede, og der var ikke noget at klage over mht. komfort. Kræver en god gåtur for at nå centrum, men hotellet er det værd.

Hotell med hög kvalité. Tyvärr lever inte restaurangen upp till någon sorts nivå. Maten var riktigt trist. Frukosten var däremot bra. Grymt trevlig personal i baren. Hjälpsam och bra personal, hög servicenivå, fri shuttlebus till tågstationen, men inte till flyget. Inte riktigt så flashigt som det såg ut på hemsidan, men ändå rent och frächt.

Bra hotell relativt nara flygplatsen. Bra utsikt mot alperna.

La prima camera assegnata era fredda, la seconda andava bene. Molto gentile e competente il personale.

Trevlig personal,bra standard.Enda nackdelen är avståndet till centrum, men det finns bra bussförbindelse.

Hotellet ligger ganska centralt i Bergamo, nära till allt; Trevlig och hjälpsam pesonal, bra rum, möjligen är stilen, utseendet på rummen lite speciell. Dock, finns allt och rummet var klanderfritt rengjord, en högkvalitativ renlighet, TACK! PS bra och riklig frukost!

Ett mycket stilfullt hotell. Fina fräscha rum och god service. Utmärkt frukost. Man får känslan av lyx trots rimliga rumspriser. Dock lite tråkig restaurang.

Hotel confortable et largement au niveau d'un 4*, l'architecture du bâtiment est intéressante. Les chambres et s. de bains sont spacieuses. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est correct et complet.

Helt ok hotell av konferenstyp i utkanten av Bergamo. Fräscht men opersonlgt. Väldigt lite gäster samtidigt med oss. Ligger väl långt ifrån några intressanta delar av Bergamo.

Dicht bij de oude stad is te vee gezegd, een auto is toch wat beter. Hotel is net en op niveau. Kamer was OK maar niet al te groot. In de directe omgeving is niet veel. De Irish Pub (schuin tegenover op het 'industrieterrein' is heel aardig en zeer gunsitg geprijsd. De prijzen en het menu maken dat je niet blijft. Het ontbijt was goed maar het aanvullen kon beter (vandaar een 3 uit 5 voor service).

Accueillis en pleine nuit par quelques mots de français, première impression: Dès le hall très bel hotel. Chambre ( où devrai je dire suite?!) avec balcon, salle de gym pour les adeptes, buffet le matin ou service en chambre, restaurant midi et soir, petit salon et bar... Arrêt de bus devant l'hotel ou petite balade de 45min pour arriver en plein centre de Bergamo! Que dire de plus... Super séjour!

Hotel liegt ein wenig außerhalb der Innenstadt, verfügt aber über gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsnetz Bergamos. Frühstücksbufett reichhaltig und gut, Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit, die American Bar lässt jedoch zu wünschen übrig.

Sicuramente un ottimo hote, molto adatto ai businessmen. L'ambiente è molto minimal ma il personale è cortese, la camera spaziosa, letto kingsize, bagni in ottimo stato con doccia/sauna. Consigliabile. Troppo caro il parcheggio privato (14 euro a notte!!)

Bon rapport qualité prix mais decoration très années septante. L'hotel devrait organiser lui-même un transport vers l'aeroport.

wat verouderd voor 4 sterren, kamer is wel schoon en goed ingericht. Mannelijke medewerker achter de receptie was wel behulpzaam.

sono entrata in una stanza silenziosa dai colori rilassanti, ho fatto una doccia profumatissima e infilato i piedi in un paio di ciabattine di spugna bianche: quello che ci voleva per la mia paura di volare (a Londra l'indomani)
