Kenzi Semiramis Hotel - Marrakech

bad service for a 5 star hotel.nobody speaks english.you have to pay for the use of the gym and sauna.your sheets are not changed everyday which should be standard.for some reason only your pillow cases are changed.lack of interest from staff.

They try to get you to buy SO much stuff from them -- packages, tours, etc. They charge for the gym, take a deposit for towels, the list is endless. But it's pretty and clean. And breakfast is super yummy.

We stayed here a few days before Christmas 2008. We had two rooms, booked singles but were rewarded with two large rooms, with two double beds in each. The staff were very helpful, the hotel was very clean, lovely bar, very smart pool and the food was very nice. Drinks a bit pricey but similarly priced in Morocco anyway. Had to haggle a bit with taxi drivers to debate price to town which constantly changed, but it was still cheap! Would recommend.

The Semiramis has five stars, but I think four would be more appropriate. You have to take a taxi or drive to get to the main city attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet very good. Not exceptional. Overall, a good deal for the price.

Not impressed with check in,no information given and prefer to speak in french..No information about the hotel and where to find anything.Food in the restaurant was good but more to the french pallet. staff quite good,but not much english spoken. Prices in the hotel expensive..Beer and spirits $6 a shot. Even the water in the dining room is charged at 5 times the outside price just under 2 pounds a bottle they also charged for after dinner coffee which i thought should have been included in the half board price. No tea fa cility in the rooms. patio doors hard to open. generally the hotel in the bedroom areas needs a refit. Also the reception not nice people. My wife enjoyed her massage at 30 pounds for 1 hour. Overhaul we enjoyed our stay in marrakesh but not because of the hotel. .There are better certainly not five star quality.. ..Also some of the local people are always looking for a way to rip you off. Dont use the taxis for day trips stick to the organised ones.. Haggle on prices in the shops never pay the price shown, usually about a third of the price is right on most things. You may see this hotel differently from me but I have travelled a great deal in my life so next time i will return to the best part of the world, the far east.

This hotel was very nice and serviced all of our needs during our short stay. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great with a large selection available. It was not that close to the centre, but taxis are very cheap.

grand hotel confortable et agreable, bon accueil avec le sourire, les chambres sont grandes et confortable, le jardin est bien entretenu la piscine est grande et bien situee, la restauration est correcte (nous étions en demi pension). A recommander, idéal pour les familles avec enfants en bas age.

nous sommes resté sur une mauvaise impression : très mal reçu à l'arrivée par le receptionniste, quelques moisissures visibles dans la salle de bain... l'hôtel est assez sombre, le restaurant principal très mal illuminé. Les serviettes à la piscine ne sont données qu'après un dépôt de caution de 100 DH pour les points positifs : repas variés, très bonne animation le vendredi soir et à la piscine. Piscine très grande et bcp de transates. Serveurs très gentils. Chambres spacieuses.

L'Hotel esternamente è una bella struttura. Al giardino da 1 a 10 dare un 8 e mezzo tendente al 9.Bella Piscina Alle camere do un 6. Non sono certo da 5 stelle, tutto un po vecchio, bagno molto spartano. Tutti abbastanza disponibili Alla colazione do un 6, da un 5 stelle ci si aspetta di meglio. C'è un ristorante nell'Hotel, l' hanno chiamato con un nome Italiano: che Vergogna....La Strada Abbiamo preso un Filetto....il peggiore che abbia mai mangiato:BRUCIATO Forse era una suola di scarpa??!!!

hotel trés agréable (jardin ,psicine,tennis ) avec de vastes chambres en trés bon état .service prévenant et aimable . seul petit bémol les buffets en restauration sont un peu monotones .

Hôtel calme, bien placé, à l'écart de la route, mais à proximité du centre ville. Un service parfait, du personnel serviable. Une petite remarque sur la cuisine, bon mais sans plus.

Hôtel bénéficiant d'un parc magnifique. Le personnel de tout bord est à l'écoute, souriant, rien que ça et vous êtes déjà ressourcé. très bon séjour.

Hotel éloigné des principaux centres d'intérèt. Piscine non chauffée...

hotel agreable un peu loin du centre. personnel sympathique mais manque de rigueur buffet moyen sympa en famille bon rapport qualite prix
