Απαισιο ξενοδοχειο, ανυπαρκτο προσωπικο, βρώμικο, παλιό, απατεώνες....

We spent a month driving through Europe. Stayed in some great hotels, some lousy ones. This was the best of the bunch. We got a junior suite and it was incredible. If you can get room 300. It costs more but well worth it. I think its junior suite. We had a patio overlooking the lake the size of our room. Unbelievable experience. The staff was very friendly with adorable accents, but extremely helpful. The breakfast was better than most.

We could literally have thrown a stone from the hotel entrance and landed it in Lake Como. Perfect location with the Lake, town centre and lakeside restaurants all just a few minutes away. Quite hot in August so allowed us to get back and shower to freshen up. Nothing overly special about the hotel or room itself other than the location but it was decent enough. Reception were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to give us advice on other activities. We didn't use the sauna or fitness facilities and there is a charge for these too (not sure how much). Definitely worth considering this hotel.

Nice looking hotel but old and antiquated. I got a below ground level room that people in the car park could look DOWN into. Not terrible impressed for the money paid. TV was shoddy with nothing to watch, no internet, food was marginal, price was expensive. Wouldn't go back.

We have stayed at this Hote paying a serious amount of money. We had a very bad room, not clean, small, below the parking garage of the ground level, etc. We have requested to change the room, change the hotel for even paying more - we had no help. We are glad that the city was nice, but the hotel - DO NOT STAY.

I had a very good experience at the Albergo Terminus. The service was very good, the food at the restaurant outstanding, and the location was great. The rooms were very clean. I would suggest brighter light especially in the bathroom. A large magnifying mirror is always great for women. It looks like they are upgrading some of the rooms with brighter colors, and that would be an improvement. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great value for the money. I would certainly stay there again and would definitely recommend it to my friends.

We were lucky to be upgraded to the room which is located in the tower of the hotel. The woman who checked us in at reception warned us that this room was "not to everyone's taste" (i.e., it was over two floors with the top floor bedroom accessed by a narrow spiral staircase which made accessing the bathroom in the middle of the night a challenge!). The views from the bedroom, however, more than compensated for the awkward layout. Breakfast was very good although the coffee tasted like instant (not a happy first exposure to Italian coffee). The service overall was very good. We would recommend this hotel to friends, colleagues and family.

We went out to Como in late August and stayed at this hotel. It was perfect - the location was right near to the train station and the lake. The breakfast was lovely, very pleasant staff on the front desk. The place is brilliant. We managed to go to Switzerland for the day and Milan - can't recommend highly enough!!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are SUPER CLEAN and quiet!!!! They have one of the nicest breakfasts we had our entire trip, not just bread and coffee. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone going to Lake Como.

Hotellets beliggenhed er unikt ned til søen. Havde værelse med flot udsigt og personalet var meget venlige og serviceorienteret. God underjordisk p-kælder.

Vi valgte superior room og fikk rom med delvis utsikt mot comosjøen. Gode senger, deilig bad og god frokost. Eneste minus var den avsindig dyre parkeringen - 23 euro for en natt! Ellers et godt hotell, slik man forventer i denne kategorien.

Vom Hotel selber bin ich ganz zufrieden. Jedoch finde ich es eine Frechheit für den Parkplatz noch eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 22 Euro zu erheben. Auch für den Saunagang finde ich 20 Euro total überrissen.

tres bon accueil, le personnel est tres efficace, le seul bemol est que pourun hotel 4 etoiles et aussi proche de la frontière française personne parle français et essaie de le comprendre. Sinon à conseiller.

Hotellet har det bästa läget vid Como-sjöns strand. Man når allt via promenader eller båt. Vi fick ett alldeles bedårande rum med putsade väggar och jugend-målade bårder. Mycket typiskt alperna. Badrummet var fräscht och många handdukar per man fanns, vilket jag tycker är viktigt. Gymmet på 4:e våningen var ganska välutrustat och ffa fungerade alla apparater. En mycket trevlig och mysig vistelse hade vi utan något bottennapp.

Hotel liegt wunderbar gegenüber von dem See, wunderschöne Ausblicke.

Un soggiorno ideale per chi intende trascorrere del tempo in un contesto storico affascinante. Struttura rinascimentale molto bella e ben curata, come anche le singole camere. Ottima la posizione che affaccia sul lago, all'interno del centro storico e a due passi dai pontili da dove partono tutti i traghetti.

Cet hôtel est très agréable, le service est attentionné, les chambres sont propres et confortables. De plus sa situation est exceptionnelle, en face du lac et en bordure du quartier historique. Attention seulement au bruit pour les chambres donnant sur l´arrière : le restaurant voisin vide souvent ses bouteilles vers 5 heures du matin dans un fracas effroyable.

gute, zentrale Lage direkt am See. An der Frontseite verläuft eine stärker befahrene Strasse, wir hatten aber Zimmer zum Lieferanteninnenhof, ruhig bis auf einige lautstarke Anlieferungen.Schönes altes Haus in sehr gutem gepflegten Zustand. Schöne Frühstücksterrasse und weitere Restaurantterrasse mit Seeblick. Schönes ausreichend großes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und grossem gut ausgestattetem Bad. Für die angebotenen 4 Sterne hatten wir sehr günstigen Preis über Hotels.com. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet incl.
