Starhotels Cristallo Palace - Μπέργκαμο

I have stayed in Star Hotels before but I wasn't impressed with this one, it is very tired and in need of renovation, the staff with one exception seemed uninterested and unwilling, but the location was ideal for exploring Bergamo and the surrounding area, as long as you can understand the local bus service, or don't mind walking

Really impressed with the standard of this hotel compared to hotels we have stayed in in the UK. Although it was a little way from the centre, it was only a 20 min walk to the railway station where you could get buses to anywhere else in the town ot to the airport,and about 30 mins to the hill tram to the old town which was beautiful. Area was not great and we got a taxi home in the evening but walking in the daytime was fine. Staff were really helpful and spoke good English, big choice of food for breakfast and comfortable room.

Everything in this Hotel is what 4* is all about. The man in Reception was exceptionally nice. He checked us in and checked us out and was totally professional. The room with king size bed was on the 6th floor and was spotless and quiet. Breakfast was the best we had on our travels. Without doubt i would highly reccommend Starshotel. Mary d

The hotel is very close to the airport, but it was very old and in much need of refurbishment. The food wasn't great and was very expensive. The beds were surprisingly comfortable.

We picked the hotel at random as it seemed to be centrally placed. It was, but still some distance from town centre. They had a shuttle that ran on the hour between 8:30 and 10:30 am, which was great, but then it stiopped until 18:30 which meant that if you wanted to return during the afternoon, then the choice seemed to be a 20 minute walk, or a taxi - there was probably some public transport, but we couldn't find it and the pamphlet given to us at reception didn't mention anything. Breakfast was OK but we didn't use the resturant that seemed far more expensive than the resturants in the city centre. The room was good, very comfortable but oh! the shower!!! Overall not bad for a short stay.

We stayed here on our way to the Dolomites and used the Newcastle to Bergarmo late night flight. Hertz car hire was kept open to meet the flight (which was late) and so we didn't reach the hotel until about 1am. May have had trouble finding the hotel from the airport but used a SatNav which worked fine. Hotel was lovely and clean/comfortable - more than we needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast was very good with all the usual things you would expect at this class of hotel. Very handy for the airport/open late/comfortable and I would recommend.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. Carpet in lobby is worn out. Rooms are small, but clean. Breakfast is very simple. Everything about the hotel gives the impression of a regular 3-star, but clearly does not live up to expectations of a 4-star hotel in Europe.

Vi havde først taget et billigt hotel i Milano hvilket vi fortrød allerede ved ankomsten så vi gik ind og fandt Cristallo Palace i Bergamo i stedet og der var en verden til forskel og det endda til samme pris

Mycket trevligt och rent hotell. Nära Orio al Serio flygplatsen. Fantastisk mat i restaurangen!!!

Et bra hotell, som vi gjerne kommer tilbake til.

Fint och fräscht hotell på alla sätt och vis. Mycket fin frukost! Det enda minus är läget, då det ligger i ett bostadsområde med femton minuters promenad till centrum.

Glimrende hotel, standard taget i betragtning til meget fornuftig pris. Tæt på lufthavn og i gå afstand fra byen. Meget venlig betjening

Bra standard, trevlig personal. Bra frukostbuffé. Läget är mycket bra om man flyger till Bergamo (max 5 min med bil från flygplatsen). Ligger ej i "city" men ok promenadavstånd till centrala Bergamo. Jag har bott flera gånger på hotellet pga läget och bekvämligheten.

L'hotel è buono non centralissimo per chi senz' uto. La struttura è di ottimo livello anche se un pò datata

Afstand til cenrum ca 3 km, tager 25 min. at gå, busforbindelser dårlige. ¨For smal passage mellem senge og skrivebordet, når man sidder på lænestole kan man ikke komme forbi.

Ett mycket trevligt hotell med helt ok läge och bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Serviceinriktad och trevlig personal som tipsade och hjälpte till med bokning av både vingård och bra restauranger. Bra frukostbuffé.

helt ok hotel om man bortser från att en irish coffe i lobbybaren kostade 14 eu vilket är ocker. En bit från stadskärnan men med friska ben tog det 20 min. att gå

Trevligt bemötande i receptionen bra standard på rummet. Men varför har alla utländska hotell så dåliga dörrar ut till korridoren(dålig ljudisolering) man ser ljuset i korridoren genom springorna. Höga priser för internet och varor i kylskåpet på rummet. Det berör väl inte affärsresenärer men som privatperson avstår man att utnyttja det. Dra med garage i källaren men ganska högt pris för garageplatsen. Nära till flygplatsen.

E' un hotel che offre comfort, servizi e cortese disponibilità del personale. Non distante dal centro di una delle città più belle d'Italia. Piacevole soggiorno.

Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd till centrum av staden och ganska nära till busstation och järnvägsstation. Hhotellet är en bra bas för andra aktiviteter. Det finns även gott om möjligheter till parkering.

Vi fick ett mycket trevligt bemötande både vid incheckningen och i frukostmatsalen. Frukosten som intogs i en mysigt inrett rum hade det mesta du önskar dock inte grovt bröd.
