Previous reviews stated to get a room located on the Street side due to trains on the other. I would recommend this as well. Room was what I expected for a European Hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and within a stones throw to the Main Train Station. A short easy walk and you are within the walls of the city and close to shopping and food. The in house resturante is good and if you have difficulty with the German Language, the staff will explain and assist you.

The Service was excellent. The only thing I would suggest to travelers, if given the option once you arrive, ask for a room facing away from the train tracks. Since there was no a/c we kept the windows open and it was loud all night long. Not the right spot if you are looking for a peaceful nights sleep.

The hotel was well-situated, with a nice lounge/restaurant and friendly staff. However, we did experience several problems. The electronic key for our room failed to work on several occasions, causing us to have to go back to the lobby to re-program it. When we arrived, our room had been set up for a single person, so we had to hunt down a maid for more towels, pillows, etc. Lastly, we knew in advance that the hotel did not have a/c, but when we arrived the room was quite stuffy, so we had to open the windows. There was so much activity and noise on the street during the night that we found it difficult to sleep. In addition,their cancellation policy was quite strict. We booked for 2 nights, and early on the first day of our arrival decided to return home early, but still had to pay for our 2 night's stay. When we tried to use the internet in the lobby, the program was "down", forcing us to hunt down an internet cafe nearby. If the hotel could address the problems we experienced, and rectify them, this would be a great bargain hotel for singles and/or families.

Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof sind die Szimmer, die nicht zur Straße liegen, mit direktem Blick auf die Bahnsteige des Hauptbahnhofes. Die entsprechende Lärmbelästigung sollte man bei der Buchung bedenken.

De service en ontbijt waren erg goed in dit hotel. Minpuntje was dat mijn kamer op 2,5 meter van het spoor lag en dus om 6.18 wakker was vanwege de treinen. Met het raam dicht is het redelijk te doen, maar mijn kamer bezat geen airconditioning. Verder een prima hotel op een korte afstand van de oude stad.

Værelset lå direkte ud til sporene, så vi kunne høre alle tog og også alle meddelelser til passagerne. Nærmeste P-mulighed er et P-hus (temmeligt dyrt).

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster zum Bahnhof. Es war selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern noch sehr laut. Bei Außentemperaturen von ca. 30 ° am Tage war das Zimmer unerträglich warm und konnte wegen der Lärmbelästigung nachts nicht belüftet werden.
