Ramada Encore Bournemouth - Μπόρνμουθ

A Business hotel in the week and a social hotel at weekends. It really is a gem in the crown of Bournemouth hotels. Staff are very courteouse and helpful, book your restaurant through them (can recommend Baa Thai). Romms may initially appear minimalistic but turn out to be very functional. 6th fllor v.quiet but go 618+ to avoid lift disturbance. Breakfast very funtional and caters for the majority of needs aqnd can become "samey" after tow days. If it runs out then "just ask" staff are very obliging. coffee is just the best served in any hotel. your choice= get it wrong then start again, Getting a good cup of tea with hot water could present a challenge. Bar prices v.reasonable for hotel. Parking always available and the central location makes this place hard to beat. There is nothing negative about this gaff!!!!

Very nice, clean, modern hotel. The room was a nice size and very clean. the staff all seemed pleasant and helpful.

Excellent service from check in to check out. We arrived very early so room was not ready but received a phone call as soon as it was. Lovely clean room, plenty of choice for breakfast, polite staff and location just right. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A modern, clean hotel. Well placed for the town centre, sea front and within a short walk of the railway station. A good, buffet-style hot breakfast too. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel room was comfortable and relaxing. Shower was lovely. Breakfasts and choice were very plentiful although plates could have been a bit hotter.

Stayed at Ramada Encore Bournemouth over Bank Holiday weekend as we were helping our daughter pack up her flat to move back home. Because of this we had a large van to park - Neil on reception did an excellent job of finding us a place to park convenient to us and causing as little problem as possible to other guests.  Check in efficient, room very clean and comfortable, breakfast very good. Hotel situated close to a number of good restaurants, and not far from the beachfront. Although our trip was a working one, we can recommend this hotel for leisure or business travellers as well.

The room and the whole hotel reminds me an Ikea showroom. Very simple and basic but functional. Breakfast time was extremely busy, could not find a free table. Disapointed with the facilities, a large hotel but not even a smallest gym.

Staff helpful and courteous. Very clean Room a bit basic and not very well thought out in some aspects e.g safe at floor level, only one chair and armchair very uncomfortable. Apart from those niggles good value. Beds very comfortable

Hotel is very modern, offering a number of facilities. Central to everything, meaning everything was within walking distance. Staff were very welcoming and friendly on the whole. Breakfast gave a good range from a standard English breakfast to a more European Continental breakfast. All in all, a very good hotel that comes highly recommended.

Excellent for stay in bournemouth as only a short walk to town centre. Wonderful breakfast to start the day . The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean, but there is not much storage space if you were thinking of a long stay. The staff were very attentive and polite. Would be ideal base for a weekend break.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights and were very pleased with the service. I phoned ahead to ask about a DVD player for our room and was told that it shouldn't be a problem. On check in we had one sent to our room 15 minutes after our arrival. Very impressed. I Was also impressed when I requested our room to be swept of sand, and that this was also done promptly. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. This for me was very important. The breakfasts were of a good standard and plentiful.The menu for evening meals were fairly basic but fresh and for a hotel very reasonably priced. The decor was open and airy and had a contemporary feel. The hotel is situated about 10 mins from the town centre which makes it very convenient for the shops and the beach. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and would stay again.

Rooms were clean and quite spacious. Breakfast was great with lots of choice.

Can't fault this hotel in terms of value for money, location etc Even the inevitable Stag Do's staying here were well behaved !! Staff very helpful, rooms comfortable (wet room was an interesting concept for a bathroom but worked really well) Its in a great location, close to the seafront and 'the action'. Bournemouth itself was a bit of a dissapointment but that wasn't the hotels fault ! If I had to find fault (and I'm struggling to do so) I guess I could say that the cooked breakfast was pretty average. But with pastries, fresh fruit, cereal etc also on offer its still all very good. Ramada encore will be the first chain/budgety type hotel I look out for from now on !!

If you are looking for a hotel in Bournemouth then look no further than the Ramada Encore,we booked in here for a weekend because we wanted a decent 4* hotel but what we got was 5* plus in every way,the hotel and the room were immaculately clean and very comfortable,the staff were excellent as was the food,we would not hesitate to recomend this hotel to anyone and whenever we return to Bournemouth we will definately stay here.

This is a no frills hotel which is clean and staffed by very pleasant people. The breakfast was excellent and used dishes cleared very quickly. We were served a continental breakfast before 5am by a very cheery man for that time of day.

As I said in my heading this hotel is all you could wish for. Decor, Cleanliness, friendliness of staff was all first class. In a great location also. We had a lovely time in bournemouth and the hotel added to our experience. Many Thanks to hotels.com and the hotel that im reviewing.

Pros: - Very nice rooms. - Great location. - Walk in shower (no tub). - Single faucet in bathrooms. - 1 hour free internet in rooms. Unlimited wireless in lobby. - Free breakfast. - Hotel offers coupons for nearby restaurants. Cons: - Internet in rooms are charged in increments of 4 hours or 24 hours. - Hardwood floors in the rooms. - Free breakfast not that great. Overall: I would recommend this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and I got a good nights rest each day. Anyone staying for a long stay would be happy here.

Have to say the welcome was 1st class, as is the rooms as well the food is very good no rush to sit or eat relay clean hotel 1st class, and the under ground parking is very good too, would recommend this hotel and will be staying there again . The rooms have the Scandinavian touch as well very clean

It's encore Ramanda which is budget hotel chain but still maintain the quality from the world class leading chain of hotels. The only disappointment was multi tasking of staff from manning reception to serving breakfast and running the cafe/bar - felt like a travellodge but staff was good and professional.

The Ramada Encore is ideally located for the beach, the city centre and the railway station. All in walking distance. The hotel is very modern. Rooms are very clean and the shower is excellent. Breakfast was very good and the staff friendly.

One of the newest hotels in Bournemouth & close 5-10 minute walk to town square & beach. Comfortable and quiet. Bed was ok - little too firm for us. Shower not contained so the whole bathroom turned into a pool. Great sunny breakfast lounge. Would look at Premier Inn to compare.

Although clean and functional, the hotel lacked in comfort and warmth. Due to its cost, it attracted large groups of 40 something men, who were noisy and we were disturbed in the early hours.However the breakfast was excellent and did in some way make up for our disappointment.

Had a great 3 night stay at this Hotel and would definately return. The location is perfect for the town centre and the beach too.

The staff are extremely friendly, the selection of breakfast is vast, free internet for guests, very reasonable bar prices - CANNOT fault this hotel the 2 times i have visited!

Our daughter stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2008 and recomended it to us, we were over the moon, very good location, only a short walk to the beaches/town centre shops ect, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and tidy, the breakfast was top notch, the only thing I would say is there were no wardrobes in the room, only a hanging rail on the wall, we would definatly stay here again.

Very convenient both for the gardens and front, a short walk away and in the other direction for pubs and a good selection of restaurants. Clean and attractive with a nice lounge area. Polite and helpful service.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my partner and had a really enjoyable stay. The room is a good size with a nice bathroom and was very clean. Service was good and was welcomed with a smile!Overall I would recommend this room as for the price you wont find much better!!

If you're looking for a good base to explore Bounemouth then the Ramada Encore is perfect. It's just a ten minute walk to the beach, the shops and all other amenities and there is ample parking so you can leave your car and walk everywhere or use the excellent local bus service. The staff at the hotel are friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are also clean and spacious. It's an ideal base for a short break without breaking the bank.

This is a very well maintained hotel. The CLIMATE CONTROL in the rooms is exceptional. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the cleanliness very good. Great location with free parking.

Everything about this hotel was right. From free parking to in-room safes to a wet room ensuite. Breakfast was self service but of a high quality including fresh melon and pineapple every day. Just ten minutes walk from the BIC and the pier - it was a great location. service was great too - forgotten items like toothpaste were available free. I will stay there again next year when our conference returns to Bournemouth. Suggestions for improvement - a fridge in the room and a gym facility to use.

Plesant clean basic hotel, perfect for a girls weekend away. Comfortable beds, very clean, fresh & modern. Breakfast was ok nothing special but adequate choice. Polite & helpful staff.

We hadn't been to Bournemouth for many years and thought a short break would be a good way to start the holiday season. The Ramada was quite easy to find, had good parking and a clean modern feel. It's downhill to the coast- about 10 mins on foot and the local park had a truly British quality with a band playing, and a tethered hot air balloon ride. Our room was a nice size with everything you could want for a short stay,however the open plan shower caused a few soggy moments. Great breakfast (how do these places do such nice fried eggs?) and my only comment on leaving was a few baked beans would have gone down well (I think this was mentioned in previous reviews so they might get the message soon). Overall it was a good location for the shops and beach and there are a lot of places to eat out nearby.

On arrival you are provided free parking which was great. The reception/bar staff were friendly and very helpful and the lobby/bar lounge was fresh and modern. The general feel of the hotel matched this - clean modern and friendly. The room was very comfortable, much more than i expected for the very reasonable price with good tv entertainment features and clean and modern facilities. All in all very impressed!
