Garden Beach Hotel - Juan-les-Pins

I booked this hotel b/c it was on the beach. BEACH: its a hotel on the beach but they make you pay for using the beach and its expensive 9Euro-27euro depending where you sit. Service: satisfactory Location: amazing, right in the middle of all the restaurants and the shops, right next to Antibes. ROOM: need more pillows, dont like the double beds pushed together, wish they had a queen or king instead. BATHROOM; is terrible, the sectioned off toilet room is very outdated. FOOd: we didnt eat at the hotel but anywhere you go in the french Riviera, you will enjoy, the food there is excellent. you pay for internet and to park both are expensive.

Well, I have to say that all the reviews I read before visiting were dead on. It is a great location but the rooms seem older. They could use a renovation. The hotel does charge for absolutely everything so you really do want to follow the advice from the prior reviews, get out of the hotel. There are a ton of great restaurants. Now we did stay during the time of the Cannes Film Festival so our rate versus value was probably not the greatest. If you are staying during a time when there is not a special event and you get a good price, it is probably definitely worth it. When I looked around, I would say this hotel was nicer than any other in Juan de Pins that I saw so overall was happy with our choice. We took the train to Cannes and spent a lot of time there and the train station was so easy to get to from the hotel as a nice mode of transportation.

This hotel is in a great location in juan les pins, about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from Cannes. There are restaurants nearby and a small casino next door. The hotel is right on the beach, so rooms facing it have a great view. The service was pretty good for a French hotel, most were friendly and helpful. The big negative was the carpeting, which was disgustingly stained. I couldn't believe they hadn't cleaned or replaced it. If it was in a Motel 6, it would have been replaced immediately! We complained and it took them two days to finally send in a cleaner, which took care of a lot of the stains, but many were still visible. It's a beach hotel so has a nice, casual vibe, but if you are a clean freak, I'm not sure i would recommend. Also, they charged for "toll free" calls I made using a calling card, which was an unpleasant surprise on check out, so beware.

The staff of Le Meridien Garden Beach was outstanding. they were always courteous and very helpful. We asked to change rooms to a sea view room that was not availabe at the time of the reservation. The staff worked to accomodate us and the result made the vacation. Be prepared to pay for all the attention, however. This hotel is not inexpensive with many services ala carte. But this is the Cote d'Azur - if you wanted thrifty you wouldn't be here. We also loved the hotel's location, just a few minutes walk to the Gare (train station) and the boardwalk. A great place; we can't wait to return.

This hotel is great in terms of location. Things to watch our for our the fact that they don't have anything more than a single bed. So when we asked for a queen or king, we got two single beds pushed together!! Also the breakfast buffet is not included and is 23 euros a head!!

They have a nice beach and the staff is very friendly but maybe its time for a renovation?

hotel in centro, pulito,personale e servizi da 4 stelle. camere abbastanza grandi ma molto soffocanti le finestre si possono aprire minimamente (quelle sulla strada) il bagno scadente non sicuramente da 4 stelle!! cibo buono anche se molto esosi nei prezzi!!.spa sufficiente..

ce n'est pas un 4 étoile mais un deux étoiles et encore!Les vitres ne sont pas faites, le mobilier abimé,la salle de bain limite seul la literie est okpetit déj diététique 35 euro on sent qu'il va changer de chaine mais quand?

Beliggenheden ved stranden det bedste man kan sige om dette hotel. Værelserne var små, uden mulighed for at åbne vinduet. Suiten var helt nedslidt. Sofagruppen var ved at falde sammen. Der var slået maling af hjørner. Maden på restauranten var dyr og rigtig dårlig.
