Best Western Grand Hotel Bellevue - Λιλ

Really lovely hotel. The location is superb, right at the grand palais. The staff were all extremely friendly. Extremely clean and some really interesting furniture and original features in the rooms. This is an excellent hotel and I would definitely stay here again.There's also a great cocktail bar next door!

Stopped off for a couple of days in Lille on the way to Brussels. The Bellevue overlooks the Grand Place in Lille where there are fine views and you're right in the hub of the city. I found the reception staff very pleasant and my room reasonably spacious with a marble bathroom, comfortable bed and double floor to ceiling windows opening out on to the square. I would highly recommend a stay here though do pay a bit extra and book a room with a view of the square - I saw one of the other cheaper rooms which was much smaller and with no view at all. The hotel has a bar attached but there are loads of places to eat and drink nearby. If you want breakfast either book it as a package or grab a croissant and coffee outside - unless you want to pay 12 euros. Lille is great for a weekend break - lots of shops, bars, restuarants, culture and parks - including a free miniature zoo.

We booked a room with view over Grand Place and well worth the extra money. The room had obviously been recently refurbished and had tea and coffee making facilities unusual for French hotel but very welcome. Some of the other rooms obviously only looked out onto inner stairwell so if this is a problem to you ask the very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet good and regularly replenished. All in all a very good stay.

This is a bright and comfortable hotel located just off the main square in Lille. The rooms are decorated in a classical style with flat screen TV and minibar. My bath room, however, gave a new meaning to 'tiny'. Being an old building, it is important to request a silent room if you are a light sleeper: not facing the street or being close to the adjacent bar would be key requests. Facing the square, however, would be a choice option. Breakfast is somewhat pricey at 12 euros for a buffet, but there are plenty of cafés and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity as well as tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Lille.

The Bellevue is ideally situated for a short break in Lille. adjacent to the Grand Place and a few minutes walk from key attractions and all forms of transport. A variety of bars and restaurants around the corner, as is the Tourist Information Office. Our visit was enhanced by excellent weather and the VE day commemorations. The hotel is comfortable and serves a good breakfast. Highly recommended.

The hotel was in an excellent location, and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and typically French. There was some re-decoration going on in the hotel but this did not disturb me at all. For a 3 star hotel it was good value for money and great service. The breakfast buffet was lovely.

Hotel was very good. Catered for all that was needed. A little expensive though. Location is the key for this one.

This may only be a 3* hotel but it feels like a 4*. Our room was spacious, warm and clean as was the bathroom. We stayed on a room only basis and so took full advantage of the local bars and cafes for breakfast. As other reviewers have pointed out, the location of the hotel is superb. Plenty of eating places within walking distance and most of the major tourist attractions within 1 or 2 stops on the metro. The only criticism was the lift wasn't fully functioning whilst we were there. Fortunately, the problem only entailed the lift failing to stop at the 2nd floor (fortunate because we were on the 4th!) and so we weren't that inconvenienced. However, other reviewers have also mentioned problems with the lift so if you have mobility issues (I do!) it is something to think about as there are no ground floor bedrooms. All in all I would definitely stay here again

Great location, comfortable spacious room, friendly responsive staff.

Central hotel. Decor could do with an update. Reception areas rather brash but our bedroom drab although clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom nice marble but fittings old. The soap and drinking glasses disappeared. However great view of main square from window (we paid extra for this) and position excellent for resturants and exploring town. Would probably use again because of this.

Personnel très souriant et efficace, chambres impeccables, idéalement situé. Bémol : il faut réparer le grille pain du buffet petit-dèj !

dans un cadre agreable, avec une literie de qualité, et un decor tout a fait charmant, du personnel a l ecoute, c est un de mes hotels preferés .

Nous avions prévu ce weekend afin de faire du shopping et passer un bonne nuit à deux dans un bon lit. Pour le shopping, cet hôtel est parfait! Il donne vue sur la Grande Place et est au centre du cartrier commercial. Au contrère du shopping, la nuitée était mauvaise. On a pas bien dormit à cause de l'air conditioné qui ne voulait pas s'éteindre. Aussi le lit était tellement dûre qu'on c'est levé avec un mal de dos. Pour finir, le petit déjeuner était pas super. les oeux étaient poudreux et les toastes étaient secs.

Un hotel bien situé, dans le coeur de Lille. Personnel agréable, petit déjeuner buffet correct, chambre un peu petite mais très calme. Nous avons apprécié le WIFI gratuit. A noter que le bar de l'hotel est très tendance avec de délicieux coktails et une bonne musique lounge.

La chambre est petite mais sympa ... le lit est confortable... le petit déjeuner est copieux.... l'hotel est bien placé (à 2 pas de la Chicorée, restaurant Lillois connu)... 6.5/10

Hotellet er en historisk perle. Både exteriør og interiør er preget av Art Deco stilen, krydret med en del møbler som ser ut til å stamme fra viktoriansk tid. Hotellet fremstilles som stilren, klassisk og gjennomført. Et alternativt til moderne hotelrom uten personlighet.

Cet hotel ne mérite pas ses étoiles : accueil tout juste correct. Décoration des chambres tres "vieillotte". Aucun service disponible...vu le prix de la chambre c'est plutot décevant. Je le déconseille fortement...

Cet hotel est idéalement placé sur la Grand Place, à 50 mètres de l'office du tourisme, du métro Rihour, et du vieux Lille.... Très bon standing et très bon accueil.

L'hôtel est très beau, les chambres bien décorées, très propres et confortables. Au prix où l'on paie, on regrettera les points suivants : - Aucune chambre prête à l'heure dite. On nous dit d'attendre 2 min, on poireaute 45 minutes ! - Une chambre surchauffée, impossible à baisser le chauffage ou la clim : ouverture des fenêtres obligatoire. - 3 réceptionistes sur 4 étaient vraiment tout sauf accueillant, pour ne pas dire autre chose - des flacons de gel douche vides dans la chambre en rentrant... Donc évidemment, la chambre est honnête, heureusement à ce prix là... Mais j'ai été très fortement déçu par tout ces petits problèmes, et je conseille aux autres d'autres hôtels équivalents dans Lille, en particulier celui situé vers l'Hôtel de Ville pour des tarifs similaires...

l'hôtel en lui-même n'a rien d'exceptionnel. La vue sur la grande place et la situation exceptionnelle de l'hotel valent le coup mais la chambre est quelconque. Il n'y a pas d'effort particulier pour la décoration. Pour le prix j'en attendais un peu plus mais elle reste propre et assez confortable ce qui est le principal.

déco hétéroclite et vieillotte. Salle de bain minuscule et inconfortable, système de chauffage/clim bruyant et difficilement réglable. Mais très bonne literie et situation très centrale.

Un hôtel très bien situé, l'accueil est sympathique. Le lit aurait pu être un peu plus moelleux et la chambre plus grande mais dans l'ensemble, ça m'a semblé être un bon rapport qualité prix.

hotel très bien situé, sur la place principale de lille, près des boutiques et des grandes enseignes, mais notre chambre donnait sur une cour, un week-end pluvieux, lugubre......

Hotellet har for høj en pris iforhold til comfort . Mit værelse 312 var pænt men meget lille Badeværelset er ok men bruse afdeling er for lille. Værelset egner sig ikke til et dobbeltværelset.

Au coeur du vieux Lille, à quelques minutes de la gare, du métro et du tramway mais chambre vieillotte, peu d'eau chaude et peu de bébit à la douche. Cher pour la prestation.
