Radisson SAS Hotel Glasgow - Γλασκώβη

Great location, very comfortable and spacious room. I was in Glasgow for a short stay and was very impressed with the hotel. The hotel is just across the street from the central rail station and a short walk from all the main shopping streets & pubs / clubs. The city tour leaves from right outside the hotel too.

More of a business hotel than leisure. Comfortable but stark, reception and bar un inviting. Good location as a base.

Booked a twin room since I was travelling with my teenage son. Arrived at very nice room found only to find we'd been given a double bed. Phoned reception who offered to move us to a room with twin beds. Moved but was disappointed -room much smaller and did not have toileteries as in 1st room or nespresso coffee maker. I was not advised the origianl room was business class and had much more than the 2nd room (?Nordic). I thought that in a 5* hotel all rooms would be a superior quality - our room was 3*?standards-and the mattresses were dire. Great gym + pool. Good breakfast + great coffee but rather cramped dining area.

Hotel was excellent for our needs,Opposite Central Train Station where the train from Prestwick airport comes in.In the middle of the main shoping district,easy to walk everywhere,To go to the west end which has more nightlife was only a fiver in a taxi.Our deal was room only so wouldn't eat in the hotel as its pricey,£16 for full breakfast.There are plenty of cafes near the hotel where breakfast is only £5.Hotel rooms are extemely quiet at night and staff were very friendly.Would definately stay there again.

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay in Glasgow after a short holiday touring the highlands by rail. We picked it because of its central location (it is very close to Glasgow Central station). We are so glad that we did. It was ideal in every way. The service was excellent - check-in was efficient and friendly. The staff were most helpful. The room was lovely - modern and well-equipped with everything we needed - and the bed was very comfortable indeed. It's location can't be beaten for convenience. We'll definitely stay here again.

I took my young grandson to Glasgow for a short break and stayed at this hotel for two nights. The staff on arrival were very friendly and the room given to us comfortable and quite spacious. Despite being in a central location it was very quiet. Room was immaculately clean and there was a well-stocked mini-bar for those who like that sort of thing. TV and very nice bathroom. There were leisure facilities in the hotel which could be used by guests including a pool. My grandson really loved this. Staff were very friendly during our stay, especially those on the reception desk, giving us directions etc. to local attractions.

You can hardly fault this place and it is ridiculously convenient for the city centre. There a pub straight across the road which must have the cheapest food in the UK. The pool was surprising though. Very murky and dark, almost like someone put some blue die in it. Staff were all great especially the check in staff. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Glasgow again. Taxi to airport the hotel arranges and is a very reasonable 19 pounds and arrives in seconds.

The hotel was excellent, easy to access from central station. Would definitely go back!!

Very helpfull and friendly staff, room very nice but dont get the desk in the middle of the room? Makes it feel smaller! Trainstation right across the road so very convenient for airport!

Very good hotel in the centre of Glasgow and handy for the station (if you need it).

Checked in Friday afternoon. Pleasant staff, very helpful. Easy access to lifts. Room was spacious with air conditioning. Very quiet - you would never know you were staying in the city. Enjoyed my stay there, would book this hotel in the future.

The hotel was well within walking distance to the shops and not far from the SECC. The hotel staff were very helpful and very friendly with the rooms being very clean and pretty comfortable. In general it is a good hotel and I will definitely use it again when I am next in Glasgow.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Usual Radisson high standards, you won't be disappointed.

hotel is nice location, clean and comfortable, however room was a bit used looking carpet was grubby and had cigarette burn marks, small thing but its meant to be 5* overall would use again but check the prices.

The staff were very friendly and efficient, the room was clean and tidy and had all the necessary accompaniments to make our stay relaxing. The Collage restaurant was excellent and the proximity to the city centre made it an ideal base.

I have now stayed in the Raddison several times over the last 2 years and each time found no faults. This is a very classy hotel and the staff very polite. The Raddison in Edinburgh was also great so must be the name that breeds class! This Hotel is situated right in the centre near all shops, bars etc and central station. Food can be served after 12 midnight as long as you are staying there which is great as dont have to try and find food places after a night out! Pool and gym is a great cure for the morning after.

Location is great for getting to sights but neighborhood was just a little run down. It is directly across from the Central Station but not scary. Room had some stains on carpet and chair but overall good size. Nice breakfast. Would definitely return.

stayed here for a concert at secc thought the location of the hotel was ideal. never had breakfast at hotel as there is a wetherspoon pub opposite who do breakfast and very good it is to. had one meal there and that was in the bar area, cant complain. staff are very helpful I would give this hotel 10 out of 10

friendly reception, bar & restaurant staff; room bright & comfortable. Buffet breakfast very nice, (including the hot buffet). They will also do hot food to order. Unusual lift system...(but no problems with it). Definitely would use it again. However, despite what I was told on the phone, there is NO "valet" parking, or drop off area. Use the NCP round the corner, or get the train - right opposite Central station (not noisy)

We spent 5 nights at this hotel. It was the newest in the area. The staff was very acommadating. The room was clean, comfortable. It was right in town, so we walked to the town square. There were plenty of resturants to chose from. I would definetly go back there for future trips

I will definitely stay there next time in Glasgow. It's right in the middle of the shops, restaurants, pubs, and anything else you need.

Excellent all round. Good central position. Convenient to NCP parking. Very minor criticisms: kettle has no warning light so previous occupant had left on empty with risk of over-heating; soap on basin but not in shower.

Our shower flooded into the hall, power sockets didn't work, cleaners knocking on the door at 8:15 and a the constant drone of the air conditioning outputs right outside our window was not what I would request when booking a 5* hotel.

This was my first stay at the Radisson although I used to live in Glasgow. The hotel is situated on Argyll Street and is ideally situated for Shopping, theatres, concert hall etc.and is within 5 mins walk of bus, train and underground stations. If you come by car you can park outside and for a small fee every day have valet parking. The rooms are bright and well designed. The breakfast is buffet style and delicious with a wide variety. There is a resturant and tapas bar in the hotel although there are plenty of resturants open late in the city. Our checkin and checkout was very efficient and all the staff were extremely helpful and well presented at all times.

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt, er fint og har god service. 5 stjerner er nok en for mye, men i forhold til britisk standard er det et flott hotell! Minus var en dyr frokost!

Voor onze laatste nacht na een rondreis door Schotland was dit echt zeer geslaagd. De kinderen waren zeer tevreden. Helemaal omdat het hotel in het centrum van Glasgow is.De WOW's waren niet van de lucht. en nadat ze er achter waren gekomen dat er ook een zwembad aanwezig was, kon de vakantie niet meer stuk. een ware afsluiter.

Dejligt og flot hotel, ligger supergodt. Et minus er lugten af klor (dog ikke på værelset). Sengene er meget bløde, kunne godt tåle at blive udskiftet.

Moderne og meget velfungerende hotell med beliggenhet "vegg i vegg" med sentralstasjonen i Glasgow. Gangavstand til de mange shoppingmulighetene i byen. Hotellet har en god restaurant som kan anbefales. Meget imøtekommende betjening. Det eneste som lå "midt på treet" var frokosten...

Hotellet er nytt, servicen er god og frokosten er bra. Hjelpsom betjening. Flotte og store dobbeltrom!

Å very modern and classy hotel with central location, nice pool and gym area, wonderful breakfast buffet, and good service. I was here on business and booked a business class room, incuding breakfast. The room was amazing and the wireless network worked worked fine. The only thing i regret was that I had too little time to use the hotels comfort because of work obligatons. Ps. The room had a Nespresso coffe macine which gave a wonderful morning coffe.

Very clean and friendly hotel goes both for bussines travelers and for people looking for a nice and central hotel in Glasgow ,just as most Radisson SAS hotels

Dette hotellet kan anbefales. Ligger et steinkast unna togstasjonen (Central) i Glasgow. Kort vei til kjøpesenter og shopping-gater. Rommet var helt ok (bedre enn hotellet vi var på i London). Nok tv-kanaler og pay-tv. God frokost. Ikke det rimeligste alternativet, men verdt pengene.
