Madison Hotel - Ντύσελντορφ

The hotel could not be more central. We were only there for the weekend but the staff were very pleasant, and the hotel very clean. The swimming pool and sauna were available though we did not have time to use them. One drawback, particularly with rooms that look onto Graf Adolf Str. is that the trams can be very noisey. Closing the windows shuts out the noise but then the room can become very hot. Otherwise very good value for money

No complaints other than steam room was out of order at time of visit and the swimming pool was not heated. Facilities were adequate although very basic for a 4 star hotel.

We where a group of six lads, who travel to a new city twice a year in search of good food and weissbier. We found the Madison to be perfect for our needs. 5 mins from the major train station, clean with friendly staff. Only down sides, some of the rooms face on to a major road, so if you are a light sleeper migth be a problem, but my only major gripe is the pillows, they simply disappear when you rest your head on them, i tried folding mine four times, but still useless. As for the seedy location that i have seen in other reviews, There is a sex shop on same road and a table Dancing club around the corner, but both can be easily overlooked.

Typical German hotel, ok breakfast, internet was very slow, 5.5 is not high speed. very convenient to central station, Americans might not like the neighborhood, but typical of central area of German city. Reasonable value for the money. If there is not a trade fair you can probably do better for a little more money, but if there is a fair, this hotel is a good alternative to paying double for not much more.

Would have been great with air conditioning, rooms too warm. Taps were too tight could not open them in bathroom.carpets need a change.

Good: Very close to the main railway station. Enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna and bubble bath. Not so good: Wireless Internet Service did not work in my room (too far from the access point).

clean and comfortable centrally placed near to the shops and the alt stadt for all the night life bars clubs and restaurants. will definitely stay there next time i am in Dusseldorf.

I thought that the hotel was basic yet comfortable. It was worth the price. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the main train station, which was very convenient. Be aware that this hotel is located right in the middle of an adult district. It's not a terribly scary neighborhood, but there are no fewer than 4 adult movie/live show theaters on the same block as the hotel.

This is not a 4 Star hotel, but pretty decent overall. For the price, it is not bad. The rooms were slightly dusty, but linen was fresh and the bathroom was very good. If you can get in for cheap, take it. If it is expensive, look elsewhere. This is not something you want to give out a whole lot of money on. Breakfast was decent, nothing special.

Close to Hauptbahnhof with good access to Tram and U-Bahn. Friendly staff, adequate room facilities for short stay and very good buffet breakfast.

Honestly cant begin to tell you how helpfull the Reception Staff at this hotel were. Helped me out no end.

no soap even after we requested evening and morning, no security, bags stolen while checking in

Very bad hotel, bed fell apart, no hot water in the shower, breakfast under average. Don't stay here.

Et middels hotell. Sentral beliggenhet. Svømmebasseng og boblebad ok. Sevicen god. Rommet var middels. Ikke noe 4-stjerners hotell, men ok.

hotellet ligger knallbra plassert 7eur med taxi til gamlebyen og utelivet, 5 min fra hoved togstasjonen, fint strøk

På forespørsel gav hotellet tillatelse til å sjekke ut fra hotellet 4 timer etter normal utskjekkingstid uten ekstra kostnad. Generelt meget god oppfølging på øvrige spørsmål og anmodninger. Mye for pengene (sauna, basseng, osv. - tatt i betraktning).

Bra weekendhotel - god standard, bra frokost, god service

Helt greit hotel som ligger sentralt til ved hovedjernbane stasjonen. 3 minuttrs gange. Der kan en ta tog / bane til flyplass, gamle byen, messe område osv. Hotellet gir gratis billett. God frokost

Seife oder Duschgel waere eleganter als Ihre Seifenspender.

EEn kamer die niet te ventileren was en dus verschrikkelijk warm. Vieze vloerbedekking. Een internetverbinding die niet werkte en waarbij het personeel niet erg van plan was om dit te verhelpen. Een beetje aftandse inrichting, redelijk versleten. Dit zou allemaal nog kunnen, als het hotel gewoon 1 ster zou hebben, maar 5 sterren.......

Frühstücksservice war gut, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die sehr eingeschränkten Öffnungszeiten des Schwimmbads haben mich gestört, verstehe sie auch nicht.......

Personal aufmerksam und freundlich, das Hotel ist abgewohnt, bzw. renovierungsbedürftig dadurch kein Wohlfühlen möglich, sehr laut durch Straßenlärm, Frühstück ok

Central, clean, excellent breakfast, nice staff. But lacks A/C which is a problem in the summer. You can open the windows, but then you'll be kept awake by the night-life outside. I guess it's a trade-off. If you want it quiet, ask for a room facing the courtyard.

très mauvais service,pas d'internet et pas de solutions proposées nous avons ete mis devant le fait accompli le spa avec un jaccuzzi d'eau froide, un hammam hors service et un sauna d'une autre epoque tout ca ne merite pas le prix payé

E' una buona soluzione per chi deve prendere il treno ed è anche abbastanza centrale. Il personale è cortese. Peccato che la pulizia lasci un pò a desiderare (in camera vi erano delle piccole ragnatele sui muri). Alcuni camerieri sono italiani e anche alla reception vi è qualcuno che parla italiano (ottima cosa per chi non conosce il tedesco o l'inglese)

Angehnehmer Auftenhalt mit Fitness u. Pool u, günstiger Lage

Hotel zentral gelegen. Bett bequem. Aber von einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwarte ich viel mehr.

Das Zimmer war unsauber: Krümmel auf dem Boden; Haare im Waschraum; graue (schmutzige) Gardinen; Altpapier im Nachttischfach. Hotelvorhalle randvolle Aschenbecher; völlig verraucht. Leider war ich an diesem Abend im Termindruck, sonst hätte ich das Zimmer gewechselt oder wäre ausgezogen. Entspricht nicht meiner Erwartungen an einer Vier-Sterne-Kategorie.

Keurig hotel, nette kamer, ruim opgezette badkamer, vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie, prima ontbijt buffet. Centraal station op loopafstand, tramhalte naar station en andere bestemmingen in het centrum, voor de deur. Voor zakenmensen die willen internetten, geen netwerk op de kamer, alleen WiFi in de lobby.
