I stayed 2 nights at Le Meridian Grand Hotel, and was wowed from the minute I arrived. Perfect location, right across from train station, near the Old Town. Tram stops right outside the door. Restaurant prices and portions were not compatible tho, that is my only grumble. Quality of the food was excellent though, as well as the service. Check in was smooth and friendly. I was able to check in early on a Sunday morning which surprised me. Staff were very helpful, and I had no problems understanding them, even though I don't speak German.

The staff of the hotel were very friendly and curteous. I had to find the location of a concert that was to be played at a church in Nuremberg and the staff was most helpful in locating the church and finding out where I could obtain tickets. Their help meant so much to me. The hotel itself was beautiful and a great location. I could not have been more comfortable.

Generally, German hotel rooms are small compared to American standards. This was true of this hotel. The beds were not very comfortable. Very good location. Easy to the old city and the trains. *watch out for the breakfast, it is 22euros! Most hotels include breakfast, not this one.

The hotel does not have air conditioning (much less than half the rooms have air). I was on the 4th floor and it was in the 80's...it was very hot! The restaurant service was very good and it's an excellent location, but they need to put in A/C.

I always stay here when I'm in Nuremberg. The hotel is convenient to both the train station and city center, has great customer service, is clean and comfortable. They upgraded my parents to a 2 room/2 bath suite which they thoroughly enjoyed.

natürlich ein prima Hotel und für Messeteilnahme auch ideal gelegen direkt am Rande des Stadtzentrums und man kommt mit der UBahn direkt zur Messe. Hotel hat einen etwas altehrwürdigen Charme, ein Großteil der Gäste schienen Amerikaner zu sein. Service und Sauberkeit excellent, also keine Kritikpunkte. Einzig: ich fand das Hotel insgesamt etwas unspannend und dafür zu teuer wenn ich es selbst bezahlen müsste.

Das Le Meridian Grand Hotel liegt vor allem für Bahnreisende einfach optimal. Was äußerlich wie ein großer alter grauer Kasten wirkt, hat innerlich viel vom Charme vergangener Zeiten bewahrt. Elemente des Art Deko schaffen Stil und ein besonderes Ambiente, würden selbst einem grauen Tag Glanz verleihen. Das Personal identifiziert sich mit seinem Arbeitsplatz, ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch als Einzelreisende fühle ich mich sehr willkommen. Hervorzuheben ist das schöne und einladende Restaurant, der gute Service sowie das kulinarische Angebot. Ein Hotel mit Stil, wie ich es liebe. Ich komme gerne wieder.
