Hotel Cruise - Lucino

I like the unusual arrangement of having your car parked in your own garage with access directly from your room. Room service was brilliant and all Hotel staff couldn't do enought to help.

My wife and I are frequent travelers and we travel to Italy for 2 months every year on vacation. We decided to travel to the Lake Como region and found the Cruise Hotel. Every aspect is 100% outstanding. From the modern & cleanliness of the hotel, to the varied and great breakfast. The bathroom size is great and so is the water pressure. I personally love the choice of music playing in the hallways (Jazz... the good kind!), and the location is in perfect proximity to Lake Como and to Lugano, Switzerland. I don't generally write such reviews but the Cruise Hotel deserves the recognition. My wife kept commenting to me that this was the nicest hotel we've stayed in while traveling throughout Italy and I agree. This hotel created fond memories for us and we will return in the future.

The hotel is a little difficult to find, and is tucked away in an Industrial area, but don't let that put you off. Excellent value for money, well located for the Foxtown designer outlet if you are shopping, or close to Milan for those wanting to stop outside the city. Really nice interior, facilities and ambiance. I was disappointed with the restaurant in the evening, but I am very choosy. I objected to paying a €5 cover charge for the 2 of us, especially as we were guests at the hotel. And as for paying €5 per hour for the WiFi - extortionate and needs to be resolved. On the whole a very pleasant hotel.

This hotel is ideally located to hit the motorway to switzerland, Milan and then about 3km's into central como. Hotel is spacious, lovely breakfast and "value" for money. (and I stay in alot of hotels).

The hotel exceeded my expectations, fantastic rooms and the service from the staff was exellent. As other reviews had highlighted the only downfall of this hotel was its situation. Great for us as we arrived v. late so easy to find....but not in the prettiest of locations. However with a car its easy to reach Como itself. We would definetly return if we go back to the area.

Hotel seems quite new and extremely clean. Staff was more than willing to be of service. The shower head was a bit weak when using the overhead but the hand-held was powerful. Free breakfast had hot and cold food in buffet style -- delicious. It's very easy to get to as it's only a few turns off the highway.

Superbly appointed hotel but the location lets it down slightly. It's situated at the back of a retail park. We stayed here en route to Rome from the Black Forest which worked out really well. The hotel is just off the Autostrade which makes getting there by car quite easy and there is parking on site. It's not far from Como but that is a tricky little drive down to the water and parking is a little challenging but worth the trip.

a parte il piccolo inconveniente: a seguito della prenotazione Web ho contattato l'hotel per precisare che richiedevo un camera doppia con 2 letti separati, richiesta accolta, al ceck in mi viene detto che per avere i 2 letti singoli devo passare alla classe superior pagando un supplemento, vista la richiesta inopportuna chiedo di annullare la prenotazione e di rimborsarmi l'importo pagato. Solo a questo punto mi viene concesso l'utilizzo della doppia con letti singoli senza sovrapprezzo.

Prima doorgangshotel net naast de snelwel. Ontbijt was prima. Receptie en restaurant doen wel wat afstandelijk aan.

Schon bei Betreten der Eingangshalle, weiss man dass man in einem sehr modernen Hotel ist. Viele Spezials wie eigene Garage direkt unter dem Hotelzimmer, das mit einem Lift zu erreichen ist.

Séjour très agréable. Conditions super. Hôtel moderne et très confortable. Il faut mentionner que la gare est à 7mn à pieds de l'hôtel et que le train en Italie est très peu cher. Milan à 40 mn en train de l'hôtel 7 € A/R. Como à 3 stations. Petit déjeuner parfait. Seul bémol : internet trop cher 5€/h 20€/jour.

Situé à 5km du centre de come mais facile d'accès.Parking exterieur,simplement nous avions besoin d'un fer a repasser ,et ils en avaient pas....etonnant....Petit dejeuner tres moyen.Sinon tres belle deco moderne,chambre impeccable,tres agreable.L'hotel est situé dans une zone commerciale

Le plus: Hotel propre et calme, déco moderne et chaleureuse, personnel efficace. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Le moins: 1) il manque une piscine 2) améliorer le menu du restaurant

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte e ci davamo pizzicotti a vicenda per quanto tutto fosse stupendo sembrava un vero sogno ad occhi aperti! lo raccomandiamo a tutti sia per la bellezza dell'hotel sia per l'effecicenza dei servizi sia per la location facile da trovare.

otelden çok memnun kaldık.kahvaltı çok güzeldi.fiyatına oranla gayet güzel bir otel .otel como merkeze biraz uzak ancak 300 metre uzaklıkta tren iatasyonu mevcut.como dan taksiler gece 20 euro tutuyor.

TRES BON HOTEL EN RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX

Mooie kamers, nette badkamer, goed restaurant. Perfect om op doorreis te overnachten. Ligt vlak bij de snelweg, maar weer ver genoeg om er geen last van te hebben. Ligt net buiten Como. Verder is er in de buurt niet veel te doen.

Hotel is gelegen in een soort 'strip mall' winkelcentrum buiten como, niet ver van de snelweg. Ideaal om te overnachten op doorreis of als uitvalsbasis voor het ontdekken van de meren regio of Milaan. Een auto is hierbij onmisbaar, hoewel het mogelijk is per trein naar Milaan te reizen (treinstation met parkeerplaats enige autominuten vanaf het hotel). Kamers zijn zeer nieuw en luxe uitgevoerd; dito voor de badkamers. Pluspunten: - alles nieuw en mooie kwaliteit - Goede handdoeken - Goede douche Minpunten: - bedden aan de harde kant - kussens te dun/zacht Ontbijt is inbegrepen en hoewel het buffet er van afstand goed uitziet, valt het in de praktijk nogal tegen; niets is vers (zelfs het roerei heeft een fabriekssmaak) of lekker Service van hotelstaf was goed en vriendelijk, maar vraag ze niet om directions (als je leven je lief is, want ze sturen je zo wandelend de snelweg op).

Consiglio sicuramente il "Cruise" è una struttura recente con arredi di gran gusto e comere spaziose. Si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Como e il rapporto qalità prezzo è ottimo

hôtel très design, très propre. Le personnel est très gentil et nous a super bien conseillé tant pour les restos que pour les visites. Rien de négatif à dire.

strak zakelijk hotel op industrie zone in de buurt van winkels en supermarkt, zeker aan te raden.

A l'arrivée la chambre venait d'etre utilisée. Changement de chambre sans problème. Durant le séjour notre chambre n'a pas été faite (lit, consommables...)

Perfecte kamers wat betreft comfort en netheid!! Enkele zeer harde matrassen en resterantkaart niet uitgebreid en niet geschikt voor kinderen. Op vraag wel kindergerecht(spaghettie) gekregen. Gaan volgend jaar terug!
