Ramada Park Hall Hotel and Spa Wolverhampton - Γούλβερχαμπτον

We were 3 girls using the hotel for a night out so were really pleased on arrival with how friendly the staff were and how posh the place looked. We didnt get to use the spa facilities but the hotel (on the newer more modern side) was pretty stunning. There were still a few rooms to be done out but the room we were placed in was large, clean and tastefully decorated. Only complaint is that we were told someone would come to make our sofa bed up and they never did. Staffing could therefore be improved although they were all v.friendly. Location is great. Taxi ride into town only about £8.00 and reception will order it for you. Complimentry drinks and snacks in room :)

Room overlooked waste ground used as a dump. Difficult to communicate with staff. Tried to charge me again for room even though I'd paid through Hotels.com.

poor service from hotel staff, booked a double and got a twin as the receptionist booked the wrong room., hotel was fully booked, offered to move me to a sister hotel 10 miles away while my whole family stayed in this one. basic amenities and very dated, would never stay here again. pictures give a false impression

My husband and I stayed at the Ramada on the Friday night before my graduation. Overall we had a lovely experience, the hotel was very quiet and we were the only guests eating in the restaurant. The bedrooms are very large and very quiet. The food was nice and the restaurant (Chic) overlooks a lovely patio area. A couple of things that could be improved but nothing major: It is a shame that the garden is not a bit more lanscaped at the back and the fountain empty as this would definetly add to the charm of the place. Breakfast is plentiful if you eat full English breakfast, but although there is plenty of fruits and cereals it is a shame they don't offer a more continental version.

Did the job as was clean and had the usual you would expect from the hotel - but the first room I was put into had the radiator stuck to maximum so had to move room. But, there were some (loud) fans or some main air-con unit outside my room which went on and off every 15 mins throughout the night disturbing my sleep - luckily I had earplugs to wear the rest of my stay. Service at reception good, but very poor at both hotel restaurants, food mediocre. Breakfast was an excellent spread, however, with cereal, fruit, cheese/cold meats, full english available.
