Palmeraie Village Apart'Hotel - Marrakech

Beautiful hotel with beautiful garden and nice two bed apartment. But they charged extra taxes on top of what we paid to Hotel.com. Disappointed. Plus, staff speaks little English and rooms have no outside telephoen lines.

the appartments are comfortable and contain all you need for prearing light meals.bedrooms are spacious and the air conditioning made them very comfortable even on hottest days!.pool convenient and suitable for tots and adults.friendly helpful staff and alert security.only disadvantage is its a little far from town-and supermarket if you want to self cater.

The appartement at palmeraie is very nice but not finish with a constructions. The appartement was clean but it was missing some things like a comforter, blanket, night stand, very small and tight kitchenette,we were excpecting a hot tub but we end up with a shower on top of that we couldn't close the refregirator because has so much ice and very hard to open because it's very small area. Another things was missing is a dinning room. When they change your sheet and toiwels we have to wait all day long to get a new clean towels. About the foods it wasn't that great and I really didn't like how they use the lesft over from the day before and to use it for a next day. The security is so good as well as the pool but I didn't like how they let people to get a seat and leave and come back after couple hours and more withour respecting others. I didn't like as well the recption how is away from the complex and when you want to check out they have to take your laguages to the reception and you can put them in your car and I think is not conveniente. But it's a nice palce to go and I just want everyone what to expect. But I will love to go back but next time I will be very exigente before I book

We were not sure what to expect from this hotel from the internet photo and what a 4 star Marrocan hotelwould be lile. Although there seemed to be a few minor unfinnished bits in the hotel we were very impressed. The food was good and reasonable - however the sister 5 star hotel next door was very expensive. The setting was lovely. My only complaint was the service from reception staff who were harrassed. My booking confirmation stated inclusive of tax however I was charged a tax per person per night. Although my French is poor I could understand the receptionists bad language when I complained. This was ashame as the rest of my stay was great.

Whilst our apartment was new and very nice, the village is still months off completion. The check in was hopeless, as was every other experience with this area of staff thereafter. The apartments are a long way from anywhere with no restarants or shops within walking distance and whilst it is connected to the Golf Resort it is still a five minute shuttle ride away. As it is in a wealthy area (on the outskirts) of Marrakesh, the taxi's (and reception staff) will try and make you pay double, triple or eight times (on one occaision!) what the fare should be. Summary: Overpriced, poorly located with service to match. Stay elsewhere.

Beau village de petites résidences. Beaucoup de verdure. Plusieurs piscines.Personnel agréable. Belles chambres, ménage fait tous les jours. Piscine agréable. Petit déjeuner au bord de l'eau mais relativement cher (10 EUROS). Quand on va dans le détail, il manque des ampoules dans le couloir, le barrillet est cassé, la bouilloire défectueuse, des interrupteurs ne fonctionnent pas. Si cela était corrigé ce serait parfait. Dans l'ensemble ce la reste un bon rapport qualité prix. Effectivement le maitre nageur n'est pas sympathique.
