Radisson SAS Hotel, Marseille - Μασσαλία

We booked three nights here as a special treat and for a comforting rest during a touring holiday. We were disappointed. We felt the hotel was there to impress without offering real thought about what guests would need and want. We arrived on a Friday and were offered a standard room instead of the Business Class room we booked. We were offered an upgrade to a Junior Suite, with the option to change the following day, but we found that the two rooms were quite dark and cramped and the view from the windows was of the wall of a building across the street. We accepted the Standard room. The Internet connection didn't work without a couple of phone calls. There was no alternative bedding offered to the duvets in the room (in hot weather in September). The maid didn't arrive until teatime the first day and she forgot to replace various items. The room wasn't very spacious. The room and bathroom were not fitted very thoughtfully. If, like us, you want to leave your car and walk everywhere, the hotel is at the far end of the old port and therefore a long walk from the centre. One of the hall porters, Marius, was marvellous and helped us sort out several things but the rest of the staff didn't seem involved. It was very nice having the swimming pool.

great location, right by the marina, surrounding shops, very nice condition, the swimming pool looks nicer on the photo than in real life

La chambre twin est bien. La salle de bain est bien. Mais le quartier n'est pas génial.

Assez decu. L'accueil est tres courtois mais les prestations ne suivent pas. Pas de parking sauf le Vinci d'à coté (prevoir le budget). Tache sur un mur de la chambre, jamais nettoyée en 06 jours. Difficultés pour obtenir des serviettes dans la salle de bain. Restaurant le Solaris au service tres long et "tendu". Internet dans la chambre sans bande passante ( aussi bien en filaire qu'en wifi.).

super bien placé dans le vieux port ; piscine sympa petite mais top quand meme en plein centre de Marseille... hôtel tres design, joliment décoré à deux pas de la cannebiere !

Flott hotell somn lever opp til sine 4 stjerner. God beliggenhet, med gåavstand til det meste av byens serverdigheter. Det går gratis båt fra hotellets side av havnen over til gamlebyen. Stort pluss for hotellets flotte terrasseområdet med basseng og solstoler. En oase, område for total avslapping. God service fra hotellets personell som m.a var behjelpelig med å bestille togbilletter for oss videre til Nice. De fleste av personalet forstår og snakker ok engelsk.

allt var som man kan förvänta isg av ett radisson. Varning för att inte boka frukost i förväg till "vanligt" pris. Om man inte gjort det är frukost på rummet eller på stan 25 euro för en fruksot är inte värt det även om den är riklig. Liten men fräsch pool, vänlig personal och bra rum. Ny lagom fitness med vad man behöver som bas. Med rabatterat pris helt prisvärt för leasure och alltid bra för business.

Cet hôtel est très bien insonorisé donc la proximité du centre ville est un véritable atout, l'accueil est très professionnel, les chambres sont très confortables, notamment la literie, l'accès internet est gratuit dans tout l'hôtel par WIFI ou par câble (fourni) dans la chambre. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais suffisante pour se rafraichir et profiter de la vue sur le vieux port (Serviettes fournies). Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais il coute 25€ +10€ en chambre. Seul bémol: il n'y a pas de parking propre mais un parking VINCI relativement cher (28€/jour)

L'hotel est parfaitement placé, en face du Vieux Port. Le service est vraiment très aimable. L'hotel est très propre. Le seul défaut, la piscine. On dirait plutôt un bassin et aux heures de pointe elle est remplie d'enfants. Piur les adultes..c'est plutôt de la déco. L'une des femmes de ménage n'a pas été vraiment gentile. Nous avons rétourné à la chambre lors qu'elle faisait le ménage. Nos oreillers étaient par terre pendant qu'elle faissait le lit. Elle n'a pas passé l'aspirateur... enfin, service faible pour le prix de la chambre.

Hotel bien situé, moderne, chambre spatieuse et très bien équipée, lit très confortable, des imperfections sur la propreté même sans etre maniac mais rien de dérangeants... Je conseille cette Hotel
