a good location to explore dubai from, with an efficient staff, and clean rooms. there are nearby shops and supermarket, with all the sights handily reached by taxi.the only complaint would be the quality of the bed for the third child as only reasonable for small one

I have stayed at this apartment twice now and it just gets better every time. My gripe last time was that the staff were a bit remote and unwelcoming. Good news is that they have new staff in and they are very friendly. The only downsides to this place is that a) there is no restuarant where you can get some grub if you are being lazy, b) The pool is small and needs some renovation (the tiles are coming off!) and c) the WIFI quality is low and the prices exorbitant (Some (350 AED for a week - and 200 for a day!). But if you can live through these, then this is the place to stay.

Great place to stay, staff were very helpful, friendly and spoke english well. Rooms were excellent, everything we needed. Location is very good, shop across the road and larger supermarket just 5 mins away. We tended to walk out onto the street to get a taxi, learnt this from previous visits to Dubai, only takes a couple of mins to hale one down. Will just mention that it was difficult to find the apartments though, taxi from the airport = When you get in a taxi tell them opposite golden sands 9. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, not too large great value for money. Enjoy your stay - we did.

I loved this hotel, and was greatly impressed the moment i walked into my appartment. Clean, smart, comfortable and very stylish with all the needed facilities and amenities. The hotel was not far from shops for groceries if needed, a 5-10min walk at most and the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay the best it could be. In my case I had an emergency with my daughter who had to surgery and the manager was so helpful in everyway. He went as far as to find us alternative accomodation for our extended stay as he was fully booked up. We couldn't have asked for more and will certainly come back if we visit Dubai again. I consider it home from home and thank everyone at Xclusive for making our stay there so memorable.

Hotellet er af fin standard. Som navnet antyder får man lejligheder med køkken osv. Desværre ligger hotellet i den forkerte del af byen (Burj Dubai). Hvis man skal til nogen af seværdighederne skal man med taxa da der er rigtigt langt imellem stederne. Jeg anbefaler at finde et hotel i Jumeirah eller Dubai Marina, men er sikkert også lidt dyrere.. Men selve hotellet var rigtigt fint..

Je viens de passer 10 jours dans cette hôtel et je n'ai quasiment rien à redire. Le personnel est irréprochable, serviable ça en est même gênant, ils sont au petit soin pour vous. Le ménage est fait tous les jours selon votre emploi du temps. Les appartements sont très spacieux ( 2 chambres + 2 salle de bain+ cuisine +salle à manger + salon + wc séparé + balcon) et très bien décoré. Le seul petit "hic" est le claquement des portes des autres chambres, les gens ne font pas attention et claque les portes d'entrée de leur appartement à n'importe quel heure, c'est un petit gênant mais bon. Un lit bébé nous a été fournie pas très propre mais recouvert de deux grandes serviettes le tour était joué.

Hotellpersonellet var helt fantastisk. Vi ankom Dubai 0610 om morgenen og fikk sjekke inn på rommet vårt med en gang vi kom til hotellet. Kjempeservice!

Apartamenti veramente belli, puliti, dotati di ogni confort, personale MOLTO disponibile, efficiente, soddisfatto al 100%. Nei dintorni del hotel supermercati, ristoranti, shopping...

What you see is what you get! They do not provide "concierge service" as advertised but staff is very helpfull!!
