Jurys Inn Exeter - Έξετερ

The hotel is ideally situated about five minutes from the High Street. Everything was new hence everything working well. The rooms were not large but very comfortable, as was the bed. Service was of a high standard - would definitely stay there again if I was going to Exeter for a short break.

I was expecting something 'Travel-lodgy' as I wasn't paying much more than a TravelLodge price, but I was surprised all round. It's very new, well equipped and comfortable.

could not fault the hotel or staff, who were very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and tidy and the bar prices not too steep. the only complaint was that if you were late for breakfast some of the food was a little cold. would recommened you get there before 8.30am. once we found this out the breakfasts were good and filling. when down in that part of the country will sure to stay in this hotel again

THE HOTEL IS WELL PLACED FOR ALL EXETERS SHOPS AND ATTRACTIONS. THERE IS NO CARPARK BUT THE NCP ACROSS THE ROAD GIVE A 25% DISCOUNT TO RESIDENTS. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND VERY GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY PAID.

We stayed as a leisure trip as a base for seeing sight all over Devon, as a central point location it is great but Exeter itself was very quiet and restaurants all seem to close at 9! First impressions of hotel were very good, overall very clean helpful staff, just a bit of confusion over keeping an open tab on the room so felt like we were stealing the breakfast the next day when we were told we hadn't paid for it! Housekeeping service very basic. Bath, bathroom floor etc not cleaned the 5 days we were there, I know because we left a blob of shampoo on the side of the bath to test them! Instead of replaceing tissue box in bathroom when it was empty, they took it away! And toilet roll only changed when on its last sheet! Probably being a bit piocky on the next comments but.... No door on wardrobe- modern style I guess but very exposed and the bathroom has neither a window or extractor so gets very steamy. Large comfortable bed but just beware of the spare pillow smelling mouldy where it is stuffed in the bag at the top of the wardrobe. Overall general appearance and cleanliness good, and staff very helpful.

this hotel is a gem, very central, very clean,staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. Competitive rates I will be going back again.

Staff training was evident with pleasant helpful and courteous staff throughout the hotel. We booked room only which was a very good deal, but staying for four days, we also chose to have breakfast and dinner. The choice was pretty reasonable and my only comment was that the food was seldom hot, despite there not being huge numbers eating. My only other recommendation would be around information for guests - meal times - how the air con. worked etc was not provided. Catering for large overnight coach parties did not seem to put any additional pressure on the staff, who coped admirably. Would probably go back, although room size was on the small side. Overall good value for money in the deal which we got. Not sure I would have been so satisfied had we paid the full price.

Stayed here midweek for 1 night. Hotel is obviously very new but the cleanliness was impressive, the room was a good standard with everything included. all the staff that i met were friendly and courteous. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

I stayed in Jury's Inn for 1 night on the 10th of June and I was very impressed. The hotel is only open a week but this is not obvious when staying there, as everything seemed in working order. The rooms are spacious and very quiet and comfortable. It is very good value for a hotel of this calibre and I would definitely stay there again (even on a leisure trip). It's only a short trip in a taxi from St. David's train station (£6). If you arrive late as I did (11pm) there is no option for food, however there is a Co-op open just 2 mins walk from the hotel.
